Score Calculation

Your overall Writing band score is calculated by averaging the four criterion scores.

(TA + CC + LR + GRA) ÷ 4 = Overall Band

Round to nearest 0.5 band
Example: 6.5 + 7.0 + 6.5 + 7.0 = 6.75 → 7.0
Task 2 is 66% of total Writing score
Task 1 is 33% of total Writing score
